University Students on Placement: A Change in Scenery During Covid-19 Pandemic

The coronavirus pandemic has affected every single individual, including university students.

Students have had to adapt to a new life of virtual learning as face-to-face teaching is limited, whilst still forking out on tuition fees for online learning.

But what about the placement students? Those who have taken a year out to work in the industry.

Instead of picking up skills on-the-job around colleagues in the office, they have had to adapt to the working from home environment.

Business management student from the University of Birmingham, Jodie Crayton, revealed the challenges that she has faced on placement.
